VALUE CREATION FOR PE-BACKED AND FOUNDER-LED COMPANIES
Growth that shows up in the P&L.
I join growing companies as a fractional operator and run the playbooks that move revenue and margin. Pricing, sales, partnerships, retention, operations and AI. When I leave, your team owns it.

ABOUT ME
I read companies like an investor and run them like an operator.
I've spent 16+ years learning how companies make money.
I started in audit at EY, then did buy-side deal advisory at KPMG, helping buyers pay the right price or walk away. After Chicago Booth, I joined a VC-backed B2B SaaS company and went from Senior Manager to VP, owning the P&L, sales, customer success and partnerships.
Today I work with PE-backed and founder-led companies as a fractional operator. I build the systems and I help the team scale them.
WHAT I COME IN TO DO
Six levers. One P&L.
The growth is usually already in the business. Pick a lever to see when to call me, what I run and what it delivered.
LEVER 01
Go-to-market and sales
Pipeline depends on a few people and nobody agrees on who the best customers are.
WHEN TO CALL
- Unclear ideal customer
- Founder-led sales that won't scale
- Positioning that sounds like everyone else
WHAT I RUN
- Sharpen positioning and the ideal customer
- Build the sales playbook and stages
- Set the pipeline rhythm and reporting
- Launch into the next market
New market launched and hit pipeline projections
WHEN I COME IN
Before close, after close, through the hold.
I've sat on the buy side and the operating side, so I read a business the way your investment committee does.
BEFORE CLOSE
A clear read on revenue
Where growth leaks across revenue, operations and finance, and which levers are real.
Diagnostic

Fractional lead
ENGAGEMENTS
Three ways to work together.
Each one runs on a playbook I've run before, with a set scope and a clear end.
